Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Kayenta, Arizona.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within the Navajo Nation community
• Opportunity to provide evidence-based primary care in a mission-driven underserved healthcare environment
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care model focused on long-term patient relationships and preventative care
• Strong provider support structure with built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume
• Unique Southwest location surrounded by Monument Valley and culturally rich Navajo communities
COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $109,000 – $152,000
• $7,500 retention bonus beginning second year
SCHEDULE
• Four-day work week
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule options
• No call responsibilities
• Built-in administrative time
ROLE
• Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions within community health setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain evidence-based clinical practice standards and preventative care initiatives
• Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations
• Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflows

Requirements:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) REQUIRED
• Arizona license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Current BLS certification REQUIRED
• Passion for underserved and culturally diverse communities REQUIRED
• Ambulatory care experience preferred
• Navajo or Spanish language skills preferred
