Following our mission, to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that empower our clients to stay competitive and achieve new levels of success, InfiniTech Consulting has provided cutting-edge technologies with a deep understanding of our clients' businesses to maximize IT investments, drive efficiency, and produce superior business outcomes.

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing on-site IT support to managed services clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues that cannot be handled remotely. This role bridges the gap between the Support Desk Specialist and higher-level Engineering roles, allowing for career growth and expanded technical responsibilities. This position involves deploying new equipment, troubleshooting on-site network issues, and performing hands-on maintenance of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role provides limited administrative access to make changes to Windows Servers, basic networking, and firewall configurations under established guidelines.

We are seeking an IT Support professional with strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, familiarity with Windows Server environments, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall configurations. The ideal candidate will have experience with remote desktop tools, Office 365 administration, cloud-based solutions, and foundational cybersecurity practices. Exceptional customer service, clear communication, strong organization, and effective multitasking in a fastpaced environment are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum of 2+ years of enduser IT support experience with a related degree-or 4+ years of professional IT support experience-is required, with preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, along with completion of at least two Service Competencies.

Chariton Valley InfiniTech employees enjoy medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Resumes are accepted until the position is filled.
