Occupational Therapists/Physical Therapists/Speech Pathologists for Klaras Children's Center work as a member of an interdisciplinary team serving families of children age birth to 3 who have developmental delays. This person develops Individualized Family Service Plans, provides appropriate therapies and/or consultation, and teaches developmental activities to families and staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions

  • Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation
  • Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff, and community providers
  • Time management required to meet service goals
  • Travel to conduct home and community visits within 6 county region up to 2 hours at a time
  • Lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and keyboarding for prolonged periods
  • Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required

Education and Experience

  • Education and Licensure required for Registered Therapist credentials
