Your Role: Medical Assistant, Integrated Care

As a full-time Medical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients receiving primary care services who may have serious mental illness and chronic health conditions. You will support our nursing team and play a vital role in clinical operations, patient engagement, and care coordination.

Core Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in patients, ensuring all forms, records, and consents are complete
  • Prepare patients for examinations, take vitals, and document health histories
  • Assist with check-out, referrals, and coordination of laboratory services
  • Support nurses with care coordination, clinical monitoring, and patient flow
  • Maintain a strong understanding of medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
  • Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
