As a Machine Operator / Assistant, you'll play a key role in our full line manufacturing operation. Based on your experience, you may support various positions across the facility while helping drive productivity and meet customer commitments.
  • Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
  • Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals
  • Follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on time delivery

Work week starts 3rd shift Sunday night:
  • 3rd shift 11pm - 7am
  • 1st shift 7am - 3pm
  • 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm

What you need to succeed:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position.
  • 2-3 years proven and consistent work background
  • Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment as well as up to 4 hours overtime either before or after scheduled shift up to 12 hours. (both daily and/or weekend)

  • Consistent and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred

  • All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
