Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Field Services (Transformer Industry)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring transformer components are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to identify opportunities for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Engineer will support production operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring transformer components are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manufacturing Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Production, to identify opportunities for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience in transformer maintenance, testing, and installation.

  • Environment/Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and experience with ERP systems required
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required.

At least 2-5 years of experience working with transformers.
