Summary:
The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
โ€ข Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
โ€ข Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
โ€ข Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
โ€ข Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
โ€ข Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
โ€ข Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
โ€ข Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
โ€ข Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
โ€ข Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
โ€ข Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
โ€ข A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
