Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services. Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models. Develop scalable software using modern programming languages and cloud technologies. Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and software engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. Create data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services. Integrate AI models into production applications and operational processes. Monitor model performance, reliability, security, and responsible AI compliance. Conduct proof-of-concepts and transition successful prototypes into production systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, DevOps, and software release processes. Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Snowflake, or manufacturing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, or other cloud AI services.

  • Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and MLOps practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
