About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Accounting Consultant to support a full-time client engagement within a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled JD Edwards professional who brings deep functional expertise in Manufacturing Accounting, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to partner directly with client stakeholders to optimize ERP solutions.


The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, resolving complex JD Edwards issues, improving manufacturing accounting processes, and system capabilities that support repeatable production, improved inventory control, and standardized operational practices. This role requires hands-on experience working with manufacturing organizations and the ability to translate operational requirements into effective JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Accounting functionality.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of manufacturing accounting processes.
  • Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne module integrations related to manufacturing accounting processes, including Product Costing, Work Orders, Inventory Management, Procurement and Finance.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical resources when customizations or integrations are required.
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), process validation, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Deliver clear documentation, training, and guidance to ensure successful system utilization.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a functional consulting capacity.
  • Deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Accounting processes and functionality.
  • Proven experience supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including Standard and actual costing, Manufacturing variances, Work order accounting, Inventory valuation, Cost roll-ups, Shop floor and production processes, Financial integration with manufacturing operations.
  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering quality ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing priorities in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel onsite weekly to the client location in the Southeast United States.
