About the role:
As the Accounting Clerk, you will support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities and perform a variety of routine accounting and clerical tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing vendor and customer invoices, reconciling data, maintaining spreadsheets, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close activities. You will also manage the accounting email inbox and assist with maintaining internal controls. Success in this role means being accurate, responsive, organized, and committed to supporting effective financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Coon Rapids location. The pay range for this role is $27 to $33 per hour.
Educational Background and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of general accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
