Brothers Bar & Grill-Downtown, Indianapolis, IN has immediate openings for full-time, Management Team members. Positions available as General Managers and Assistant Managers. The management team is responsible for all aspects of the of the bar & grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. This is great opportunity to join a growing company, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and become familiar with best in industry software platforms! Solid training program to support new hires with continued support from our experienced Regional Managers.
Requirements
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Previous bartending and/or serving experiences
* Outstanding organization and time management skills
* Highly motivated for success
* Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
* Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
