Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN

Location: Hadley, MA 01035 Facility type: LTC/SNF Shift: 7am โ€“ 3pm | 3pm โ€“ 11pm | 11pm โ€“ 7am Contract: 5 weeks Pay rate: $45/hr on W2 Travel Pay Package: $2000/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week Start: TBD

Required Documents:

  • Updated Resume
  • BLS/CPR
  • Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated
  • Covid Vaccination Card

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
  • Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
  • Must work every other weekend.
