These roles may be found in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health care settings. LPNs in weekend positions provide essential nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. Weekend LPN jobs are ideal for those seeking flexible schedules or additional income, and may sometimes offer higher pay rates due to weekend staffing needs.

What are the typical responsibilities and challenges faced by an LPN working weekend shifts?

LPNs working weekend shifts often handle a wide range of patient care tasks, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
