Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support facility design work. 

Candidate will be responsible for providing design and calculations of the power distribution for the facility.  Will also work with designers in order for them to produce final designs.  Work will entail bringing power distribution into the facility and dispersing throughout the building.  Candidate will be responsible for reviewing electrical design drawings and specifications related to lighting system, lighting controls system, power system, power distribution, and lighting protection system for the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Electrical Engineering

PE License preferred (but not required)

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Electrical Engineering

Working knowledge and familiarity of NFPA 70 a plus

Electrical design engineering for nuclear and DOE projects.
