Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Bed preparation, planting, mulching, and basic landscape maintenance.
  • Operation of small engine equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, gas hedge trimmers, and rototillers.
  • Communicate daily with Field Supervisor regarding daily schedule and progress. ย 
  • Help Field Supervisor with organizing crews, tools, and equipment, materials needed.
  • As a member of the Landscape Maintenance Crew, ensure that work is completed at a quick pace while maintaining our high-quality standards. ย 
  • Attention to detail and safety.

Requirements: ย 
  • Be able/willing to work outside, occasionally in less than ideal weather conditions. (Rain, Cold, or extreme heat).
  • Be able to do labor-intensive and repetitive tasks throughout an entire work shift. (repeated kneeling, squatting, bending and lifting).
  • Have some knowledge in the maintenance of plants, landscape, and hardscape and a willingness to learn.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
  • Be able to interact professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers.
  • Be able to work both independently, and as part of a team.
  • Be able to work Full-Time, typically M-F 8:00 am โ€“ 5:00 PM.
