We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Specialty and Renovation Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) through our Germantown branch location. These roles offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands-on, outdoor projects. We value sustainability, creativity, and the use of new technology in our work. This is full-time year-round employment. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications
  • Crew Leaders have minimum of one year experience in the production field supervising crews and training technicians ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro-rated with advanced education).
  • Possess and maintain Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0) is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Commitment to safety
  • Strong plant identification skills (annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs) preferred
  • Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.
  • Required to possess and maintain valid, non-probationary driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers.
  • Specialty Crew Leaders deliver spring clean-up services, including perennial care and removal of winter protection.
  • Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such as drainage systems, nightscape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers.
  • Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.
  • Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks.
  • Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
  • Remove snow and ice during winter.
