Multi-State Commercial General and Electrical Contractor firm out of Miami, FL., is currently seeking a F/T Jr. Administrative Assistant to help with:
  • Answering calls;
  • administrative tasks;
  • upkeeping the office;
  • general tasks related to industry (calling building departments); and
  • assisting all office personnel.
The above is a brief description of what is needed; possible candidate MUST possess a great attitude, be self-motivated, directed, take initiative, and have phenomenal intra and interpersonal skills. Reliable, dependable, and punctual are equally important. Additionally, must be very capable and knowledgeable on all applications Microsoft, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PP. The company is currently using a software by the name of Upkeep internally, but the clientele uses a variety of software that would be taught to the right candidate; therefore, proficiency is not required, but overall software proficiency is. QuickBooks knowledge is a huge plus. Finally and most importantly, all around fluency in English is a MUST (written/spoken).
***MUST speak English, no exceptions, Spanish is a plus.***
