We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations at our location.

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant, ensuring that we consistently provide the highest levels of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of employees, handle operational tasks, and create a positive and productive environment for both staff and guests.

General Duties:

  • Hiring & Training: Interview and hire new employees, ensuring they align with the company’s values. Provide ongoing training to all staff members to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Employee Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, offering feedback and guidance to encourage growth and improvement.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate staffing for each shift.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory, placing orders as needed, and keeping track of stock to ensure we are fully equipped to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Oversee the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant to ensure it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive excellent service through courtesy, quality, and attention to detail. Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
