At Bucher Family Insurance, we dont believe in high-volume, transactional service roles. We are a locally owned, family-run insurance agency, and our team works with clients through long-term, relationship-based service.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with existing clients, delivering excellent service, and uncovering sales opportunities within an established book of business. Youll handle inbound client calls and assist walk-in clients during in-office days, all while identifying coverage gaps, recommending additional products, and generating referrals through meaningful, consultative conversations.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, with 23 days in the office and the remaining days working remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal lines book of established clients, handling inbound service needs, renewals, and coverage reviews.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products through consultative conversations.
  • Drive growth within the existing book through account rounding, cross-selling, and referral generation.
  • Meet individual service and sales activity goals.
  • Stay current on industry changes and product updates.

Requirements
  • P&C Insurance License Required
  • Allstate experience preferred (one year ideal); candidates with other personal lines insurance experience encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience servicing an established personal lines book required.
