YOUR IMPACT AS AN INSURANCE FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST
In your day-to-day work as an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist, you serve as a crucial advocate for patients, ensuring claims are followed through with diligence and care. You'll track AR, resolve denials through strategic appeals, and manage collections, all while understanding the real-world impact of your efforts on patients awaiting care and answers.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN INSURANCE FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST
  • Experience in medical, commercial, government, and self pay AR Follow Up
  • Experience with successfully overturning insurance denials (preferred)
