Job description

Valley View's Patient Financial Services team is seeking someone to perform Insurance Follow Up. Primary duties of this critical position include resolving third-party payer obstacles to complete payments, requesting re-bills as necessary, and resolving insurance liability balances.

This is an on-site position!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good credit rating
  • High school graduate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Insurance and/or billing experience

SALARY

  • Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
  • Position wage range:  $20.00 - $28.00/hour.
