Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. THIS IS A HIGH COMMISSION-DRIVEN ROLE. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing customers, driving growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales, B2B (business-to-business) relationships, and outside sales will be key to expanding our market presence.

Duties: 
 

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with prospects
