Candidate Outreach

This is an outbound phone position, so candidates should be comfortable making calls throughout the workday.
However, you're not randomly calling people who have never heard from us.
You'll primarily connect with warm candidate leads-individuals who have already applied, responded to a recruiting opportunity, or expressed interest in learning more about available positions.
