Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $300/week

  • Bonuses:

    • $10 for each appointment that shows up

      $5 for each new paid lead you personally find and add to the system

About Us:

We are a growing martial arts school focused on helping people build confidence, discipline, and fitness through martial arts. Our team thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment. We’re looking for a motivated Call Center Appointment Setter who’s ready to engage with prospective students and help them take the first step into our programs.

Position Summary:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for new students. Your role is to make outbound calls, schedule free introductory martial arts classes, and help generate excitement for what we do. No financial selling—just quality conversations and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 65 outbound calls per day to leads in our database.

  • Book appointments for free introductory classes and log them accurately in our system.

  • Find and input 5 new leads per day through community outreach, online research, or referrals.

  • Participate in daily team training and role-play sessions to sharpen communication skills.

  • Work in-office 4 days a week, with 1 day of remote flexibility.

  • Collaborate with instructors and admissions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

  • Base Pay: $300/week

  • Bonuses:

    • $5 for every appointment booked

    • $5 for every appointment that shows up

    • $20 if the lead signs up for a membership

    • $5 for every new, qualified lead you personally find and add

Example Week:
Book 20 appointments (15 show, 5 join), and find 25 new leads:
= $100 (bookings) + $75 (show-ups) + $100 (sign-ups) + $125 (new leads)

  • $300 base pay = $700 total
