Job description


Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our IDX Project Liaison Analyst, you will partner with Operations, Revenue Cycle Revenue Cycle Performance, Patient Connection Centers, Training Team and Vendors to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.

Every day you will identify and incorporate system, reporting and business analysis on various stages of projects and tasks. You will provide IDX system support oversight and functionality integration with third-party applications and interface endpoints. You will also organize and conduct Voice of the Customer and Strategic Customer meetings, host a monthly meeting. and co-host IDX Support Team Town Hall. In addition, the Liaison Analyst will collaborate with IDX Training team and PFS/PBS Revenue Cycle Performance teams to ensure consistent workflows and front desk processes to avoid denials, ensuring timely and accurate referrals. You will advise and collaborate on project status, new system functionality requirements as identified by customers including clinic and finance operations, revenue cycle business and physician leadership across the Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health system.

To be successful, you will have strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a remote employee, we will provide you with the equipment needed to work from home, including a laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.

This position is work from home for residents of CA, NV or AZ, or within the PST timezone.

  • Eight (8) years project management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle preferred
  • Experience with athenaIDX strongly preferred
