We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Nut Former to join our innovative aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of set-up procedures, hot forging, and cold forging techniques. This position plays a crucial role in producing high-quality aerospace-grade nuts and fasteners that meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain nut forming machines and equipment
  • Perform hot and cold forging operations to produce aerospace-grade nuts and fasteners
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain optimal performance
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on finished products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nut forming or related manufacturing role
  • Proficiency in set-up procedures for nut forming machines
  • Extensive knowledge of hot forging and cold forging techniques
