US Air Conditioning Distributors is a Bosch-owned HVAC equipment distributor with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a One-Stop-Shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal.

US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking talented and energetic parts counter sales professionals for its fast-growing Mesa Parts Store.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our customers by greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, assisting them in their HVAC parts needs, and differentiating US Air Conditioning Distributors from our competitors by providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for selling parts to customers by phone, email, and face to face; keeping inventory fully stocked, and keeping the store clean and well organized.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year Sales Experience
  • 1 year HVAC Experience

PREFERRED:

  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times
