Part-time HVAC counter sales positions typically do not generate $200,000 in annual income due to limited hours and sales volume. One of the main challenges in a part-time HVAC counter sales position is quickly learning a wide range of products and solutions to assist customers effectively, especially during busy periods. Building strong relationships with repeat customers and collaborating with warehouse and sales teams are key to success. Familiarizing yourself with common HVAC systems and staying updated on inventory will help you excel in this dynamic environment.
