CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. In this role your overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. You will also be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
- Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
- Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise.
- Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
- Experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
- Two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14+ level.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
