About this Role:
Kinetic is seeking a driven Field Account Executive I to fuel business growth within our local communities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services that keep them connected and competitive.

  • Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high-volume results.
  • Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit and exceed monthly targets.

  • Self-Motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience. (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results).
  • Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (4+ years) required.
