We are seeking a Full-Time Hospitality Sales Representative to join our team! 
Hospitality Sales Representative
Position Overview
The Hospitality Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with hotels, restaurants, event venues, and other hospitality clients to promote products or services, generate new business, and maintain strong customer accounts. This role combines consultative selling, customer service, market research, and account management to help clients find solutions that support their operations and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities·         Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and      event venues.
·         Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, referrals, networking, and industry events.
·         Present products or services to prospective clients and explain how they meet operational needs, budget requirements, and guest-service goals.
·         Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
·         Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while working to meet or exceed sales targets.
·         Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity notes, pipeline updates, and account information in the company database or CRM system.
·         Partner with customer service, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth order processing, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
·         Monitor hospitality industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to recommend sales strategies and new opportunities.
·         Attend trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and promotional activities to represent the company and grow brand awareness.
Required Qualifications·         High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.
·         Previous sales, customer service, account management, or hospitality industry experience preferred.
·         Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·         Ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical, value-based solutions.
·         Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
·         Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking systems.
·         Professional, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience·         Knowledge of hospitality operations, hotel services, restaurant supplies, food and beverage service, events, or guest experience standards.
·         Experience developing sales territories, managing client portfolios, or meeting monthly revenue goals.
·         Existing relationships or network within the local hospitality industry.
·         Ability to travel locally for client visits, events, and sales calls as needed.
Work EnvironmentThis position may include a combination of office work, phone and email communication, in-person client visits, trade shows, and occasional travel within the assigned territory.
