The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative, visually compelling assets that support company branding, marketing, product launches, retail initiatives, and digital presence. This position plays a key role in maintaining and evolving the brand by producing high-quality designs across print, digital, packaging, merchandising, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong technical design skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced consumer brand environment. Experience within the cannabis, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Creative Design

Design and develop creative assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives

Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, retail, and promotional materials

Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts and campaigns

Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative direction for product launches and promotional initiatives

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Design creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging digital platforms

Create engaging graphics, advertisements, email marketing assets, website graphics, banners, and promotional materials

Design social media templates, story graphics, thumbnails, and digital campaign assets

Support content creators with branded graphics and visual enhancements

Print Production / Packaging

Design and prepare production-ready artwork for product packaging, labels, inserts, retail displays, signage, point-of-sale materials, trade show graphics, and printed marketing collateral

Ensure artwork meets printer specifications and production requirements

Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design accuracy and print quality

Brand Assets

Design branded merchandise including apparel, accessories, promotional items, event materials, and retail marketing assets

Assist with seasonal campaigns, limited-edition product launches, and event branding

Create mockups and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders

Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Compliance, and Operations to develop creative solutions that support company initiatives

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product launches

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Management of Files & Production

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, design files, templates, and brand resources

Prepare editable production files for internal teams and external vendors

Maintain version control and ensure all creative assets are properly archived

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred

3–5 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, digital marketing, print production, and packaging design

Experience with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, cannabis, beverage, fashion, or CPG industries preferred

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is preferred

Knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, and digital asset preparation

Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
