At Lost Rail Golf Club, we blend the intimacy of a destination course with the character of a classic club. We are currently looking for dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team through Landscapes Golf Management (LGM).

The Role
As a Line Cook, you are the backbone of our kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for bringing our menu to life while maintaining the high standards our members expect.
What You'll Do:
  • Create & Plate: Handle daily food production, ensuring every dish follows our recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the team to assist in menu development and station management.
  • Maintain Excellence: Keep the kitchen organized, manage stock orders from vendors, and ensure we exceed all health code and cleanliness regulations.
  • Ownership: Take pride in your station, from prep and cooking to the final closing checklist.
