Key Exciting Responsibilities:
• Spearhead technical support to resolve complex concerns in real-time GNSS networks and control centers.
• Lead system installations, customized configurations, and cloud-based deployments for global enterprises.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions and onboarding programs both remotely and on-site.
• Champion customer success by creating innovative training materials and best practice documentation.
• Collaborate closely across diverse functional teams to accelerate knowledge transfer and service development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Degree in geodesy, surveying, or a related field with strong knowledge of GNSS surveying methods.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable insights for clients.
• Exceptional communication skills with full fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for customer-facing technical problem-solving.
Bonus Points For:
• Practical experience with GNSS positioning workflows or real-time networks.
• Previous experience delivering technical training and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
