What would you do as a CNC Gear Setup Machinist:
Northern Gear is seeking a skilled CNC Gear Setup Machinist to join our team at W160 S6609 Commerce Drive, Muskego, Wisconsin 53150. Offering competitive pay of $25-$32 per hour depending on experience, this full-time position operates Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting CNC Gear Hobbing machines, Shapers, Gear Grinders, and Broaches, ensuring precision machining of splines and gear teeth on metal blanks according to stringent specifications.

A strong knowledge of gear hobbing procedures, including program proofing and edits, quality standards, and measurement techniques, is crucial. You will also operate machinery as needed, contributing to the high-performance culture at Northern Gear.
