Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor manages all warehouse operations, leading teams across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and lead personnel
• Plan and schedule daily warehouse activities and staffing
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and efficiency metrics across all functions
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count programs
• Coordinate with transportation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee disciplinary actions
• Prepare operational reports and communicate with management
• Manage equipment maintenance and facility
• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, 2+ years in supervisory capacity
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Forklift certification required
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of labor management systems
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
