Job description

Anna's Home Furnishings in Lynnwood is a furniture retailer seeking a warehouse team member who enjoys working with their hands, assembling and moving furniture.

Qualifications include:
- Knowledge of furniture materials and handling equipment.
- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Able to unpackage and assemble furniture quickly and carefully.
- Order pulling and packaging for shipment.
- Above-average math skills.
- Must be able to be a team lifter and capable of lifting heavy furniture up and downstairs.
- Able to keep a neat and orderly warehouse at all times.
- Able to interact with fellow employees, customers, and delivery drivers.
- Must have a valid WDL and experience driving UHAUL-sized trucks.
- Clean cut, polite, on time.

$18 - $22.00 per hour (Depends on qualifications) + Medical +Vision (after 90 days).

Duties: Warehouse duties will include, but are not limited to Furniture assembly, receiving, prepping orders for pickup and delivery, and inventory control. This position will require heavy lifting and candidates may need to be able to lift and move a minimum of 50-200lbs with and without moving aids such as hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, etc.

Educational Requirements:
- Must be functionally literate with a HS degree or equivalent and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers.

- Spanish speaking

Experience Requirements:
Prefer 1 to 3 years of warehouse or furniture moving experience. Computer skills is a plus but not necessary. Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience driving with a good driving record and a valid driver's license. Forklift experience is not needed for this job. If you have worked for a furniture store or a moving company before, we want you!

Physical Requirements:
Continual standing and walking depending on job assignment. Frequent pushing, pulling and bending. Continual & frequent lifting of up to 50 - 100 pounds. Occasional lifting of up to 150-300 pounds. Must be able to move heavy furniture up and downstairs. If you are a powerlifter, we want you!

Pay Rate:
The starting pay is dependent on experience, includes medical, vision, and paid time off for vacations or sick leave.

Fulltime Hours:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon-Fri.
