We work to strengthen U.S. policy and cultivate an informed community of leaders committed to a viable resolution of the conflict that ensures Israel's security as a Jewish and democratic state, provides for Palestinian national aspirations, bolsters U.S.-Israel relations, and enhances regional security, stability, and cooperation.    Israel Policy Forum is uniquely positioned in both the policy and Jewish communities, producing rigorous policy analysis trusted by U.S. decision-makers across the political spectrum, and convening programs that equip rising community and policy leaders to elevate the quality of discourse on U.S. policy toward Israel and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.   POSITION SUMMARY   The Fundraising Systems and Analytics Coordinator (FSAC) serves as the primary systems, reporting, analytics, and technology support professional within the Development Department. Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, this role ensures that fundraising staff has the information, tools, training, and operational support necessary to maximize donor engagement and fundraising effectiveness. The FSAC serves as the day-to-day bridge between development staff and the organization's Senior CRM Manager.   The FSAC is not the organization’s Salesforce Administrator. Instead, this role functions as the fundraising department’s internal systems and analytics lead, trainer, implementation partner, and user-support expert. The position translates fundraising needs into technical requirements, manages development-related CRM requests, builds reports and dashboards, administers key fundraising technology platforms, and helps leadership make data-informed decisions.   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Fundraising Systems and CRM Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between the Development Department and the organization-wide Senior CRM Manager. Gather, document, prioritize, and track development-related CRM requests. Translate fundraising business needs into functional requirements. Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager in the testing and validation of new functionality and enhancements. Track and manage development-related CRM requests.   Reporting and Dashboard Development Design, build, maintain, organize, and improve fundraising reports and dashboards. Support board, leadership, and fundraising performance reporting.   Fundraising Analytics Analyze donor retention, upgrades, acquisition, engagement, and campaign performance. Develop tools supporting major gift pipeline management, donor acquisition and retention, Leadership Circle performance, campaign performance, event outcomes, and revenue forecasting. Support board reporting and leadership reporting. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.   Fundraising Technology Stack Management Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for the development team for RSVPify, Todoist, Mailmeteor, and other development productivity tools. Manage RSVPify event setup, registration tracking, attendance reporting, and event-related data processes for the development team. Administer Todoist workflows, project management systems, and task tracking structures for the development department. Manage Mailmeteor templates, mail merge processes, and donor communication workflows. Train staff in effective, consistent use of these platforms. Develop best practices and documentation for technology adoption and use. Evaluate opportunities to improve integration, efficiency, reporting, and staff utilization across the development technology ecosystem.   Training and User Support Train staff on Salesforce and related fundraising technologies. Review and update current onboarding materials and user guides and develop new ones as needed.   Data Quality and Governance Support In partnership with Senior CRM Manager, develop dashboards and reports to monitor development data quality and integrity, assess data quality and integrity, and work with the DDO to implement process changes as needed. Conduct regular audits of donor and prospect records. Support department-wide data standards and best practices. Assist Development and Stewardship Associate with data clean up during crunch time.   FIRST-YEAR SUCCESS METRICS Implement a structured CRM request management process. Improve the quality and accessibility of fundraising dashboards leading to increased use by the team. Increase development staff adoption of Salesforce, RSVPify, Todoist, and Mailmeteor. Improve data quality monitoring and reporting. Support more accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.   DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES   Required A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fundraising operations, development services, CRM support, analytics, or related fields. Strong experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or a comparable CRM. Comfort using AI-assisted research, analysis, and drafting tools responsibly, with strong independent review for accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate attribution. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated customer-service orientation. Familiarity with the Jewish communal, public policy, or nonprofit sectors.   Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience. Experience with RSVPify, Todoist, Mailmeteor, or similar platforms. Experience supporting major gifts fundraising programs. Familiarity with moves management and donor stewardship.   COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS    The annual salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience and aligned with organizational compensation practices.
