Work Environment

This position is conducted in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status and determine individual needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy practices effectively, engaging clients through virtual sessions that maintain a focus on building rapport and therapeutic alliance.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary to support clients in acute distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest best practices and advancements within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist with Fairway Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a full caseload of clients who are eager to embrace the therapeutic process. Qualifications

• A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strength in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting, especially with diverse client populations, is highly valued. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is beneficial, as it enhances the delivery of remote client services.
