Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Fairway Care, you will:

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and individual needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals, ensuring personalized care pathways.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Leverage teletherapy to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, equipping clients with immediate support during challenging times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, remaining abreast of the latest mental health practices and industry standards.

Your client base at Fairway Care will include a diverse range of adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold:

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, crucial for managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services or specific therapeutic techniques are highly valued. Familiarity with a range of evidence-based practices enhances your ability to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer:
