Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate baseline evaluations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adults via teletherapy, utilizing techniques that resonate with each client’s unique experiences.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring immediate support is available during challenging moments.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training in the latest mental health methodologies to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist at Fairway Care, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. You will have the autonomy to utilize the therapeutic modalities that best suit your strengths and the specific needs of your clients, allowing you to foster a trusting and productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and relational skills that facilitate a strong therapeutic alliance with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proficient organizational abilities and time management skills to handle an effective caseload while maintaining documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience conducting teletherapy or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Expertise in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or psychodynamic therapy.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to implement crisis management strategies effectively.
