Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status, determine needs, and identify challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing teletherapy methods, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in their preferred environments.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, applying your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support for clients in distress.
• Regularly engage in professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education to remain abreast of the latest trends and interventions in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work collaboratively with a diverse adult population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and many seek to achieve personal growth and improved mental health through specific therapeutic practices. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and provide a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain diverse case loads and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in delivering therapy in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, a background in working with adult clients in outpatient settings would be advantageous.
