Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 10 - 20ย yearsย ofย diverse work experience as a manager within one or more of the following disciplines:ย Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Factory Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain,ย or Quality Engineeringย 
  • Experience managingย projects,ย including project controls, budget, and resource planningย 
  • Strong passion for coaching and mentoringย othersย 
  • Strong leadership and management skillsย leadingย high-performance senior teamsย 
  • Passionย for coaching and mentoring othersย 

Desired Experience but not Required:ย
