This Is Not a "Factory" OT Job
If you became an Occupational Therapist to actually treat, problem-solve, and make a difference-this role was designed for you.
At Back to You, we believe great outcomes come from time, autonomy, and trust. That's why our OTs work one-on-one for full 60-minute sessions, with the freedom and resources to practice at the top of their license.
What Makes This Role Different
โ€ข True 1:1 Care - Hour-long appointments, no double booking
โ€ข Salary-Based (36-40 hrs) - Stability without productivity burnout
โ€ข Autonomy & Creativity - You help shape and grow our OT department
โ€ข Full Splinting Capabilities - Equipment and materials readily available
โ€ข Robust DME Program - Get your patients what they need, when they need it
โ€ข Clinical Trust - You decide what's best for your patient
โ€ข Supportive, Collaborative Culture - No micromanagement, no chaos
This is an environment where your clinical judgment matters.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver one-on-one outpatient OT care with full attention on each patient
  • Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
  • Fabricate splints and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
  • Utilize our DME program to improve outcomes and patient independence
  • Collaborate with PTs, chiropractors, and support staff in a team-based setting
  • Help build and evolve the OT department-your voice counts here
  • Focus on quality care, not rushing through visits

Who We're Looking For
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible)
  • Passionate about hands-on, patient-centered care
  • Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions
  • Excited by the opportunity to help develop an OT program
  • Values collaboration, professionalism, and growth

New grads and experienced OTs are encouraged to apply.
โ™ฅ Why OTs Choose Back to You
Our therapists stay because:
  • They're trusted, not micromanaged
  • They have the time and tools to do their job well
  • They feel respected as clinicians
  • They can grow with the practice, not just work in it

If you're looking for a place where you can practice real OT, build something meaningful, and enjoy coming to work again-we'd love to meet you.

Submit your application through CareerPlug or reach out directly.
We're excited to build something special together.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
