• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Soul Escape, you will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele facing various mental health issues. Our focus extends to individuals dealing with relational hardships, transitional life challenges, addiction-related concerns, and those seeking therapy for emotional regulation. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges, along with strong ethical standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads efficiently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in providing therapy to clients with a background in addiction recovery, trauma, or mental health disorders.
• Prior work in a community health setting or private practice, highlighting the ability to engage diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools to ensure effective remote therapy sessions.
