Your new role
As our new Lead Consultant, you will be part of a team that utilizes critical thinking skills
and group participation in the development of databases, report documents, data dashboards, and
data analysis. The successful Associate will be able to work independently, thrive in a team-
environment, and be a technical data resource for project managers and staff. Lab analytical data
loads, database maintenance, data queries, and data presentation will be common tasks. This role
also includes opportunities to present your findings directly to clients and project teams. You may also
play a role in strategically refining existing data applications, and suggesting additional, practical and
beneficial uses
Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Relational database development in the EQuIS environment
  • Managing data-streams from multiple sources to create a comprehensive project database to be used by various applications
  • Querying, updating, and maintaining databases for project sites
    Creation of data deliverables for client presentation and regulating agencies
  • Working with and supporting multiple project teams across service lines to bring best digital practices to workflows

Qualifications
About you
  • Experience in desktop and web-based ESRI GIS products
  • ESRI Survey123, Collector, Field Maps or other field-based data collection modules
  • Experience and/or advanced degrees in an Environmental Engineering or Consulting field
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and Screening Levels for analytical chemistry
  • Understanding of geostatistics, analytical chemistry and/or computer science a plus

Salary Transparency
At Ramboll, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices that support our people and our purpose of creating sustainable societies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
