Job description

Facilitates total communication between Spanish Only speaking employees and department management. Assures Spanish Only speaking employees are properly trained and facilitates understanding of departmental and company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

  • Lead interpreter in the development of the Spanish-only speaking programs/activities.

  • Accurately translates complex written document from English to Spanish.

  • Serves as interpreter/translator for Spanish Speaking employees, management, security, and HR.

  • Serves as interpreter/translator for training and outreach initiatives to include off site events.

  • Assist Spanish speaking only employees in navigation of service, resources, systems and training.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education
Associates degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience
Two (2) years' experience in Spanish/English language interpretation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish and English languages, oral, written & reverse interpreting. Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish-Only speaking culture and the needs and concerns of Spanish-Only speaking persons. Strong human relations, oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.



Preferred Qualifications: ONSITE: The desired location for this position would be Indianapolis, IN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week. The posting will be closed on Monday, June 1, 2026. Flexible schedule to include some evenings, nights, Saturdays.
