What's the role?

Trading & Supply (T&S)Canada has a network of 13 terminals in 5 provinces evacuatingCanada's2 refineries as well asmanaging volumes imported from trading desks for distribution.Gretna is a small tank terminal in southern Manitoba while Winnipeg is the former Shell refineryconverted to a terminal. Together they receive and distribute finishedproductsusing pipelines, rail and trucks.

This position is for afront-lineengineering role to support all aspects of plant reliability, maintenance programs, critical documentation management as well asproject front end development and deliveryworking collaboratively as a part of the natural team withthe Project Manager,Operations, HSE and support groups.

What you'll be doing

The purpose of this role is to provide engineeringsupporttoWinnipeg & Gretnaenabling them to operate safely, reliably and cost effectively, as well as to support Project Management execution in alignment with appropriate technical and operating standards.

Key activities will be centered aroundAsset management,Reliability and Integrity, Maintenance Excellence, Asset Information Management,Asset Master Plansincluding but not limited toProcess Safety and Safe delivery ofproject andmaintenance activities.

This role will also support theprojectteamby providing preliminary scope,operations and stakeholder information to theProjectManagerandtoensurestartup plansadequately provide the appropriate operationaldocumentation, barriers and controls by participating in applicablerisk assessmentsand design reviews.

What you bring

• The candidate must have legal authorization to work in the Canada on a full-time basis
• Degree in an Engineering discipline(preferablyMechanicalor Chemical)
• Must be a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or working towards this designation
• 7or more years'experiencein Oil and Gas Engineering (specifically in process, projects,maintenance,assetreliability &integrity)
• Solidexperience infacilityengineering
• Skilled in Maintenance and Construction Safety
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Soundknowledge of the interdisciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied toasset Integrity, process safety and safeoperations of process&storage facilities including pipelines
• Experience inmanaging complex change managementprocesseswithin global or regional organization
• AdvocatesMotivating, Coaching and Developing othersincluding excellent collaborative behaviors.
