Job description

This position is responsible for processing applications received for Energy Assistance programs. Applications are received by mail or email. Customer interaction occurs via phone or email. This is an office job with no night or weekend work required.

Applicants should be organized, detail oriented, and able to effectively use a computer and common office technology (printer, fax, scanner). Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. All training specific to this position besides basic office computer skills will be taught. Above all else, we are looking for a reliable and dependable candidate who is ready to learn and be a productive team member.

Working hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and then 8:00 AM to Noon on Friday.

Starting wage $16.00 hourly, with 401K plan, 13 paid holidays, Paid sick and vacation time.

Background check and drug screening required (Marijuana not tested for).
