This is a hands-on manufacturing role offering consistent hours, long-term stability, and the opportunity to learn specialized production equipment in a secure, fast-paced environment.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Days


Position Overview

As a Production Machine Operator, you will operate specialized production equipment used to manufacture personalized card products. You'll be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspections, troubleshooting basic production issues, and ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with automated machinery, monitoring production processes, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated production equipment
