  • Use version control (Git) to manage code and ensure consistency, traceability, and maintainability of automation workflows.
  • Build proactive health checks for IAM integrations and implement logging, monitoring, and alerting aligned with enterprise platforms (e.g., SIEM, cloud monitoring tools).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across API, data, and integration layers.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual operational tasks across infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Security Support (Training Provided)

  • Provide Tier 2 support for IAM, security, and infrastructure issues as assigned.
  • Contribute to security monitoring, compliance tasks, and tool deployments.

  • Maintain runbooks for troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
  • Track automation and infrastructure projects, providing regular updates to IT leadership.

  • Experience with APIs and integration patterns, including REST and/or SOAP-based services.
  • Experience working with directory services and identity platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID), including programmatic interaction (LDAP, PowerShell).
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) for querying, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, lifecycle provisioning workflows, and directory services.
  • Strong understanding of solution deployment processes, lifecycle management, and best practices, with the ability to deploy, document, and maintain solutions in a consistent and sustainable manner across Windows and/or Azure environments.

  • Experience with version control (Git) and structured deployment practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
