Job Summary:
  • The E Learning Specialist collaborates with Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging course interfaces, instructional graphics, animations, and videos that support critical concepts and desired learning outcomes for self-paced online learning.
  • This role is responsible for the development and implementation of customized e learning solutions that align with defined learning strategies and program objectives.
  • The position involves consulting with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to recommend appropriate media and instructional methods based on learner profiles, audience location, learning outcomes, and program content.
  • The E Learning Specialist selects media and visual treatments that align with both the organization's technology infrastructure and the needs of the learning audience, ensuring high quality deliverables are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, design, and implement customized e learning solutions that support instructional goals.
  • Translate instructional concepts into engaging multimedia experiences, including graphics, animations, audio, and video.
  • Consult on media selection and instructional methods that align with learner profiles, learning objectives, and program requirements.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all coursework and learning assets.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of five years of experience, or a master's degree with at least two years of experience, in e learning course development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with course authoring tools, graphics, animation, and audio editing software.
  • Strong experience developing courses and instructional animations that require custom code development, complex web applications, and/or advanced graphics programming.

  • Advanced proficiency with photo, graphics, and audio editing tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional technologies and expertise with e learning authoring, graphics, animation, and multimedia development software, including web-based audio, video, and animation tools.
  • Strong project management skills: experience with Wrike is a plus.
