Description
Senior Vice President of Marketing Hybrid (Blue Bell - Philadelphia Area ) Full-Time
About L2 Brands
L2 Brands represents a family of established industry-leading brands - League, Legacy, Ouray, and Locale - dedicated to delivering premium apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer merchandise. Each brand carries its own distinct identity while contributing to a cohesive, growth-driven enterprise with deep roots and a clear vision for the future. Our growth is powered by authentic customer relationships, product innovation that anticipates market trends, and an organizational culture that demands excellence and rewards initiative.
The Opportunity
For a senior marketing leader, L2 Brands offers established brand equity, untapped growth potential, and the strategic runway to make a lasting impact across a multi-brand portfolio. The SVP of Marketing will build and lead L2 Brands' digital growth strategy focusing largely on the Legacy and League brands. You will partner closely with Merchandising, Sales, Creative, and Product to create a modern, integrated marketing engine.
What You'll Be Responsible for
  • Growth Strategy - Assist with building the annual digital roadmap, campaign strategy, channel prioritization, customer segmentation, and revenue forecasting across all brands and channels.
  • Demand Generation (B2B) - Design and implement scalable lead generation systems to drive corporate, collegiate, resort/destination, promo (ASI/Sage), and golf channels; partner with Sales to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
  • DTC Growth & Site Development - Lead DTC launch and redesign initiatives for Legacy and League brands; define paid media plans, SEO structure, CRO roadmaps, and email/SMS strategy.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing - Strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, retargeting, programmatic, and affiliate channels; build dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, MER, and attribution.
  • Brand & Creative Collaboration - Partner with Creative Art and Merchandising to produce high-performance, story-driven brand content that is distinct and conversion-focused.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Assist with building enterprise-wide reporting across all brands and channels; manage agency and platform partnerships with clear accountability to results.
  • Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a growing marketing team across multiple locations; build a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • AI-Enabled Marketing - Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, content production, and campaign performance across B2B and DTC channels.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - or equivalent experience driving digital revenue at scale
  • 7-12+ years of marketing experience in multi-brand or multi-business-unit environments; agency or larger company background preferred
  • Proven success scaling DTC revenue and B2B demand generation, including paid search, lead generation, landing pages, and CRO
  • Deep expertise in paid media, analytics, and content strategy with the ability to tie marketing activity directly to revenue and EBITDA
  • Experience managing multi-site ecosystems; acquisition integration experience a strong plus
  • Background partnering with Merchandising and Creative teams, required in lifestyle, apparel, or consumer goods
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; strong project management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot/HighSpot a plus

Who Thrives Here
You lead with vision and conviction while remaining adaptable as priorities evolve. Honest, direct, and coachable, you're equally comfortable navigating candid conversations at every level of an organization. You bring authentic enthusiasm for lifestyle apparel and the markets L2 serves - and you thrive on being accountable to outcomes in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
What to Expect
  • Full-time, salaried position based in a professional office environment
  • Travel required for team collaboration, trade shows, customer visits, and photoshoots (up to 50% travel)
  • Reports to Chief Experience Officer
